Jagdeep Kaur brings over 25 years of experience in legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs across aviation, digital and fintech, logistics, shipping, and capital markets. She has held senior regional roles at Capital A, AirAsia Group, AirAsia Digital, Genting Group, and the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM), where she advised boards, CEOs, and regulators on governance, compliance, strategic transactions, and cross-border regulatory issues.

Her experience includes leading large regional legal teams, managing high-stakes negotiations, driving group restructurings, and overseeing engagements with regulators across Asia Pacific. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton and an LL.M from the University of Malaya.
